Privacy Policy
Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded if this is requested via email to genuinesoftkeys@gmail.com within 3 days of the purchase only if the license key doesn’t work. No licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller.
Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.
The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in case of a duplicated order, not any other.
Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on customer’s choice. Defective codes can only be proven by the company with an output from MS.
Refund will be issued within 3 days to the original mode of payment while placing the order at website GenuineSoftKeys.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order is received it can’t be cancelled.
GenuineSoftKeys does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software.
