Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software license keys, returns or exchanges are not possible once a product has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only if:
– The license key is invalid or not working
– The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase
– Proof of the issue is provided
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
– The license key has already been activated successfully
– The wrong product was purchased by the customer
– The issue is due to incompatible system requirements
– The refund request is made after 24 hours of delivery

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days.
